All Flavour Cold Potato

Blogger : Kreshenka

The Appitizer : All Flavour Cold Potato

Ingredients :

A :
6 fairly large potatoes cleaned and peeled
Salt

B:
1 cup Mayo
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup Thai Sauce
Few teaspoons of Worcestershire sauces

Boil the peeled potatoes until the are soft. I personally prefer peeling the potatoes before boiling as it spares me the hassle of peeling the hot potatoes. Once its done, leave it to cool and put it in the refrigerator to chill.

Mix the Mayo, BBQ Sauce Thai Sauce and Worcestershire, if you feel it lacks something, add whatever that makes you happy.

Before serving the appetizer mix the potato with the sauce or serve it in a small dish, as a dip.

It doesn't look very appetizing but the taste.. Yummy

My brother N.J : "It was awesomeness"
My brother V.J commented : "Damn freaking awesome'"

Yes my brothers are lame at comments but i still love them!  ehehe
Next stop : BROWNIES!

Hello and Welcome

Blogger : Kreshenka

Hi my name is Kreshenka, and i am one of the four (4) people who would be in the 12 month cooking challenge. I am going to write about a food trip i went on with my friends.

Here goes nothing :

We were suppose to travel to Melaka, but at the 11th hour we decided to travel the heart and soul of our country, the land we call Kuala Lumpur (K.L). We embarked on a journey around K.L at 0930 hours, we had to encounter a bit of a problem and skipped our Dim Sum Breakfast.

Then we headed down to Hartamas for Japanese food. We arrived at Sugimoto @ 1230 hours, we then ordered 3 lunch set Bento's. I honestly thought it was an awesome deal for (bowl of rice, fruits, miso soup, cawan mushi, salad and 2 side dish of your choice) RM16.

I would suggest this place to anyone who would like to have lunch for their moneys worth. Its super delicious and the service is really good too. Go and check this place out soon.

Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur
Sugimoto is located at 36-1 & 38-1, Jalan 27/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, KL.

Once we had our tummy filled, we headed up to Bangsar for Indian Food. We arrived at NirWana, Bangsar for their FAMOUS Banana Lead Rice

This place is always packed to the brim and we had to wait quite a bit to get a table. All of us ordered Banana Lead except for one of our friend, he ordered Maggi Goreng. We loved every bit of their food. It tasted so good. I am not a huge fan of Indian Food, because it is usually over powered by a lot spicy and it leaves a tingly feeling in your mouth but Nirwan's food, has a controlled blend of spices which just leaves me satisfied and happy to yearn for more..

Banana Leaf Cost RM5.50, and you can keep on adding on until you fulfill your hearts desire.Remember to visit this place, when you are around the area.

(opposite Bangsar Village II)

We were so full, we all felt like sleeping. So we walked around Bangsar Telawi Street for a bit. We walked into one or two shops and decided to have Tutti Frutti. Its the best thing ever invented. It melts you inside out and its suppose to be way healthier compared to ice cream as it is yogurt. Well let's see about that. I recently discovered a new flavor which i love to overindulge on and its Red Velvet, my all time favorite would have to be TFT Original I also love pouring heap loads of chocolate chip on top of it. A cup of Tutti Frutti is quite pricey so don’t over load on your first time, once you are used to it and you know how it works, go INSANE.

RM5.30 for 100 grams

If you have not gotten your hands on Frozen Yogurt, drop whatever it is that you are doing now and find a Tutti Frutti Outlet nearby you. Here is the link and here is the branch I visited

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 59100

We spent nearly two hours lazing around in Bangsar playing games at the Shell Helix released of their new and reinforced engine oil exhibition/launch. It was really fun, fooling around, playing games and getting balloons, I felt like a kid all over again.

Our next and final stop was at One Utama. We headed there to snack on food. We arrived at 1840  hours. We decided to have dinner instead of snacking  @Chilli’s. We had Crisper Chicken, Fish & Chips, and loads of side dishes that were to die for. There were 6 of us and it was a struggle for us to finish the food as we were all full. The food in Chilli’s was really nice and fabulous. I would seriously ask you all to try the Crispers Chicken, as it is fiery and sweet, it makes you feel good too.  Food at Chilli’s is completely worth your money as the portions are huge. Make sure try Chilli’s at least once in your life..

After our meal we surprised on of our friend with a Birthday Song, It wasn't his birthday but we could'nt ask the Chilli's Staff to sing him a Bon Voyage song right? He was surprised and also irritated but he was ok with it at the end. Here is the Brownie with Ice Cream, it tasted like a piece of heaven. Please do have it, if you were to ever go to Chilli's.

We spent about RM25 per person including drinks. It wasn't a hefty price to pay for delicious food.

Just right below the GSC Cinema (1 Utama New Wing

We were suppose to head to 3 more different places, but we were too full and too tired to do it, so we would continue this journey soon. Please do continue to visit this page, as it  would be filled with EVERYTHING FOOD…
